If you have a car of 40 years or older, you need to read this. This law, which was introduced in GB some time ago, is now finally applying in Northern Ireland. At present only pre-1960 cars have been exempted from MOT testing.

Please note that there is a form to complete to “register” when re-taxing at the PO. The worry is that the PO personnel will not be briefed on this.
